Issue: On certain AMG GT C and GT R models, the ground wire for the communication module may not have been installed. As a result, the emergency call feature may not work properly. This could cause difficulty speaking to the call center and the vehicle location may not be sent. Safety Risk: If the emergency call feature does not work correctly, there could be a delay in response from emergency services. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to repair the wiring harness for the communication module.
