Transport Canada Recall - 2020113 - THOR MOTOR COACH

Issue:
On certain motorhomes equipped with a 3.6 L engine, the transmission gear shift cable may have been damaged during vehicle assembly. As a result, the shift cable could disconnect from the transmission. If this happens, the transmission will not shift gears when the shift lever is moved. If a driver attempts to exit the vehicle while the transmission is not in the Park position, and the parking brake is not applied, the vehicle could move suddenly.

Safety Risk:
Sudden and unexpected movement of the vehicle could increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions:
FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a Fiat Chrysler Automobiles dealer to replace the transmission shift cable.
