Issue:
One travel trailer was built with an incorrect axle, tire and rim combination. As a result, the trailer could be inadvertently overloaded, which could cause the axle and/or tires to fail.
Safety Risk:
An axle and/or tire failure could increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
Forest River will notify the owner by mail and instruct them to take their travel trailer to a dealer to replace the axle and tire/wheel combination.
