Issue
Issue:
On certain motorhomes, the hangers that secure the propane tank may have been manufactured incorrectly and could fail. As a result, the propane tank could detach and fall under the motorhome while driving.
Safety Risk:
A propane tank that detaches from the motorhome could create a road hazard for others and could result in a fire or explosion.
Corrective Actions:
The company will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealer to install an improved support bracket on each side of the propane tank. You are advised to not fill the propane tank beyond 50% until the repairs are completed.
