Issue: Under certain loading conditions, the tires may contact the bottom of the trailer while driving. This could cause tire damage and poor vehicle handling. Safety Risk: A sudden change in vehicle handling or a tire failure could increase the risk of a loss of control, and may result in a crash. Corrective Actions: Jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their trailer to a dealer to inspect the suspension. The suspension will be repaired as necessary and the dealer will install a rubber bump stop on the underside of the leaf spring hanger tube. The tires should also be inspected for any damage.
