Issue: On certain cars, the driver’s sun visor does not have the required airbag warning labels. Canadian regulations require that information about the airbag system is provided on both sides of the sun visor. Safety Risk: These labels provide a driver with information about the airbags and/or child restraint safety recommendations. Not following these recommendations could create an increased risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Tesla will notify owners in writing and arrange for a no-charge inspection of their car. If an incorrect sun visor is found, it will be replaced.
