Issue
On certain travel trailers, the wrong handle was installed on the emergency exit window. As a result, the handle could stop the emergency exit from opening properly.
Safety risk
An emergency exit that does not open properly could increase the risk of injury in an emergency.
Corrective actions
Jayco will notify owners by mail and provide them with a replacement handle for the emergency exit window. The owner may replace the handle, or take it to a Jayco dealer to have it replaced at no cost.
