Issue

Issue: On certain fire apparatus built with a custom cab, the hydraulic fuses for the cab lift system may not work properly. If the hydraulic lift system fails, and the mechanical locking bar is not engaged, the cab could drop suddenly. Safety Risk: A cab that drops suddenly could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to contact their dealer to schedule replacement of the hydraulic fuses for the cab lift cylinders.
