Issue

This recall was replaced by Transport Canada Recall No. 2022-421. Issue: On certain motorcycles, a poor electrical connection at the Vehicle Control Module (VCM) could lead to an intermittent or total loss of forward lighting. Note: If this happens, the high beam indicator on the gauge cluster will flash. Safety Risk: A loss of lighting would reduce visibility and could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to ensure the headlight is working properly. A second letter will be sent to owners once repair parts are available.
