Issue:
The auxiliary pump for the hydraulic brake system may lose power due to a manufacturing defect in its connector. In the event of a primary pump failure, the auxiliary pump would not turn on. This could cause a loss of braking.
Safety Risk:
A loss of braking could result in a crash.
Corrective Actions:
The company will notify owners by mail and send a technician to replace the wiring harness for the auxiliary brake pump.
