Issue
Issue:
A heavy duty solenoid located in the driver’s overhead electrical compartment could operate at a high temperature. This could cause nearby components to overheat and malfunction. If this happens, certain equipment, such as A/C, safety equipment or lights could stop working.
Safety Risk:
Overheated wiring and electrical components could create the risk of a fire. A loss of electrical power to safety equipment or lights could increase the risk of an unsafe situation or a crash.
Corrective Actions:
The company will notify owners by mail and provide them with the parts and instructions for correcting this problem.
