Issue:
On certain trucks, the brake chamber clevis pin(s) may not have been installed. This could result in increased stopping distances.
Safety Risk:
An increase in stopping distance could create the risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
The company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a dealer to inspect the brake chambers. The brake chamber hardware will be repaired or replaced as necessary.
