Issue

Issue:
On certain motorcycles, the clutch cable may contact and damage the main wiring harness. This could lead to a loss of electrical power. This could cause the headlight or turn signals to malfunction, and/or cause the engine to turn off.

Safety Risk:
A loss of lighting or a sudden engine stall could increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions:
The company will notify owners by mail. Owners will be instructed to take their vehicle to a dealer to have the headstock tidy replaced with a new version.
