Issue:
The tire information printed on the Compliance label and Tire Placard are incorrect. The information printed was for 235/55R18 Load Range D tires with 80 psi, when it should have been for 235/75R15 Load Range D tires with 51 psi.
Safety Risk:
The use of a tire that is overinflated, or of the wrong size, could cause a tire failure or poor towing/driving characteristics that may increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property.
Corrective Actions:
Corrected labels will be sent to affected customers and dealers for installation.
