Issue
On certain trailers, the axle nut retaining clips may not have been properly installed. This could cause a wheel to separate from a vehicle, which may result in a loss of control and a crash. In addition, a wheel assembly which separates from the trailer could strike another vehicle, stationary object, or bystander, causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: The manufacturer will send repair instructions to owners.
