On certain buses, the pressure switches on the hybrid drive propulsion system could fail, causing it to a enter a reduced performance mode or disabling propulsion completely. A sudden failure of the propulsion system would result in a loss of motive power, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: An Allison Transmission technician will inspect and replace pressure switches as necessary and remove any debris from the valve body and internal passages of the pressure switch relay valve.
