Issue
On certain trucks, the brake pedal floor-mounting plate may not have been properly welded. This could cause the mounting plate to fail, resulting in the brake pedal disconnecting from the truck and creating a loss of braking that could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the brake pedal floor-mounting plate.
