Issue
On certain vehicles, the steering intermediate shaft may not have been properly manufactured. If the shaft were to fail, the steering response could be reduced, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and replace the steering intermediate shaft as necessary.
