Issue
On certain buses built on a GM chassis and equipped with a wheelchair lift, the shift interlock may not prevent the wheelchair lift from operating while the vehicle gear shifter is in neutral or drive. If the vehicle were to move while the wheelchair lift is in operation, there would be an increased risk of injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect the wheelchair lift wiring and repair as necessary.
