Transport Canada Recall - 2017557 - MERCEDES-BENZ

Certain vehicles may not comply with Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 208 - Occupant Protection in Frontal Impacts. The airbag control module may have been programmed with incorrect software. This could affect how the passenger airbag and seat belt force limiter are deployed in a crash, affecting compliance to the standard and increasing the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will reprogram the airbag module. Note: This recall affects C-Class coupe models only.
