Transport Canada Recall - 2017164 - MCNEILUS TRUCK & MANUFACTURING

On certain vehicles built with an Agility compressed natural gas (CNG) system, the stainless steel braid reinforcement of the flexible fuel hoses may be susceptible to premature corrosion due to a combination of accumulation of road salt and environment. If the corrosion progresses and remains undetected, the hose may leak. Should a CNG leak occur in the presence of an ignition source, a fire and/or explosion could result, increasing the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Agility Authorized Service Technicians will replace the defective hose assemblies.
