Issue
On certain motorhomes, the slide out controller may short due to moisture infiltration. This could allow the slide out compartment to be operated while the vehicle is moving, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will install a relay to disconnect the slide out controller power source in the event of an electrical short.
