Issue
On certain trailers equipped with SAF-Holland CBX-40 tandem axle suspensions, the suspension arm pivot bolts may break. This could affect axle alignment and potentially result in suspension failure, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace pivot bolts.
