Issue
On certain truck-mounted telescopic cranes equipped with a 9.5 meter (31 ft.) jib, the jib mounting bracket could fail. This could cause the jib assembly, or a load picked by the crane, to fall, placing anyone near or beneath at risk of personal injury. Correction: Altec will direct vehicle owners to inspect and, if necessary, reinforce the jib mounting bracket.
