Issue
On certain school buses, the fuel filler hose may have been damaged during vehicle assembly. This could allow fuel to spill while filling the tank, or as a result of a crash. Fuel leakage, in the presence of an ignition source, could result in a fire causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the fuel filler hose.
