Transport Canada Recall - 2012023 - CROSSROADS RV

On certain fifth wheel trailers equipped with 16 inch aluminium wheels, the decorative center cap does not provide adequate clearance to allow the wheel to fully seat on the hub face. This could allow a wheel to loosen and detach while the vehicle is underway. A wheel separating from the vehicle could cause a loss of control and a crash. In addition, the errant wheel assembly could strike a vehicle, stationary object, or a bystander. These issues could result in property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the center cap on each wheel.
