Issue
On certain school buses, the power cable connection (behind the driver’s side kick panel) may corrode and cause an electrical fault or short circuit. This could result in a vehicle fire causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Owners will be advised to inspect their vehicle for corrosion in the area of the power terminals and, if excessive corrosion is found, to take the vehicle to an authorized repair facility to have the corrosion removed and the studs and cables replaced.
