Issue
On certain truck-mounted digger derricks, the rod eye casting on the hydraulic boom lift cylinder may crack and fail. This could allow the boom to fall, causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Authorized service centers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the hydraulic boom lift cylinder.
