Issue
On certain vans converted to lowered floor mobility vehicles by The Braun Corporation, during conversion the chassis is raised and the floor lowered to accommodate wheelchair accessibility features. Due to this modification, the rear spring hats come closer to the rear tires and, under certain driving conditions, the tires may contact the rear spring hats. Over time this may damage the tire and result in tire failure causing property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will modify the rear spring hats.
