Issue
On certain motorhomes built on a Spartan chassis, the adjustable brake pedal arm may loosen, rotate around its shaft, and swing in front of the accelerator pedal. Should the brake pedal arm contact and engage the accelerator pedal, it could result in extended stopping distances and a vehicle crash causing property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will install a C-clamp assembly to the brake pedal arm.
