Zimmer is initiating a recall of a single lot of Trabecular Metal Modular Acetabular system shell with cluster holes porous - 60 mm, due to the potential that the acetabular shell may be missing the locking ring. The investigation indicates that the issue is isolated and affects only lot 62490588. In addition, an inspection of the remaining inventory has confirmed that only a portion of lot 62490588 is affected by this issue.
