Hazard identified
The silicone end bead can detach from the clip posing a choking hazard.
Health Canada has not received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to the use of this product in Canada.
Tot Wearhouse has received three reports of the end bead detaching. No injuries were reported.
Number sold
Approximately 2,645 units were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled product was sold from April 1, 2016 to October 3, 2016.
