The drains are made of white plastic with two screws and measure 7 7/8 inches in diameter. The recalled TonGass pool drain covers were sold exclusively online at www.amazon.com.
Issue
The recalled drain covers do not conform to the entrapment protection standards, posing an entrapment hazard to swimmers and bathers.
As of August 6, 2024, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
