This recall involves Tomahawk Nordic Foam Gun Cleaner in a 500 mL container with the product code GC001 and the following UPC: 828469990034.
Hazard identified
Health Canada has learned that consumers can purchase these products from certain stores located in Canada. The recalled product should have been sold only to professionals, as it is prohibited for sale to consumers as per the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001, under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act.
There is a possibility that this product was sold to retail customers, which could result in unintentional exposure to the product and lead to serious illness or injury, including death.
As of October 21, 2021, the company has received no report of incident or injuries in Canada.

The affected product was sold from January 2016 to May 2021.
