Only toddler clog shoes in sizes 5 to 10 are included in the Canadian recall. No other sizes, styles or models are included in this Canadian recall.

Hazard identified

There is a risk that the small plastic rivets that attach the back strap to the shoe can separate and detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Payless ShoeSource Canada has not received any reports of injuries involving the product.

Number sold

Approximately 3,000 were sold in Canada.

What you should do

Consumers are instructed to immediately stop using the product and return the shoes to a Payless ShoeSource store for a cash refund or exchange.
