Todd Hewitt Broth MT2040, lot 1380417 did not meet the specified performance criteria throughout the expected eight week shelf life.   There were reported failures which indicated that Group B Streptococcus agalactiae ATCC 12386 failed to grow and produce haemolysis of the blood in the todd Hewitt broth.
