This recall involves stainless steel garden torches intended for outdoor use only. The torches were sold under the names Tera Gear Metal Garden Torch and PC Metal Garden Torch, UPC number 058703047990.
Hazard identified
The recalled products may leak fuel, posing a fire hazard to consumers. Additionally, they do not meet the labelling requirements for consumer chemical products under Canadian Law.
The lack of labelling information, including appropriate warnings, may lead to serious injury or property damage.
