This recall involves the T5 24W florescent light attachments for the Vita World Garden 'Grower's Package'. The model number, EDJ 24W, is indicated on the product label.

Hazard identified

The recalled products are missing proper electrical certification on the labels.

As of August 2, 2019, the company has received no reports of incident or injury in Canada.

Number sold

Approximately 30 units of the affected product were sold in Canada.

Time period sold

The affected products were sold from September 2018 to April 2019.
