Reason
Siemens has identified that certain Symbia S or Symbia T systems may have unintended slow motion of the detectors in specific situations which could pose potential patient risk. This issue may occur when a detector is moving downwards from approximately the zero-degree position radially towards the center of the camera bore, and an emergency stop press, touch pad engagement or power loss (i.e. system shut down or power failure) results.
