Product description
StoneTech™ Professional Enhancer Pro™ Sealer is used in tile and masonry as care products by E. I. duPont Canada Company. Only the 946 ml plastic container is subject to this labelling correction. The product can be identified by the UPC 669009119030, which is located on the back panel.
Hazard identified
The product does not have the mandatory labelling as required under Canadian law.
The product lacks the toxic and flammable symbols and warnings required for consumer chemicals on the front label. Back panel instructions must be followed in order to avoid injury.
E. I. du Pont Canada Company is voluntarily correcting the 946 ml StoneTech™ Professional Enhancer Pro™ Sealer to address the front label safety issue.
Neither E. I. duPont Canada Company nor Health Canada has received any reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of these products.
Number sold
Approximately 1,900 units of the sealers were sold at various tile and flooring centres in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia and Quebec.
Time period sold
The affected units were sold from January 2009 to January 2010.
Place of origin
Manufactured in the United States of America.

What you should do
Consumers should immediately contact E. I. du Pont Canada Company and ask for replacement front label for their product(s). After the replacement label is received and affixed on the product, the product can be used safely again.
