This recall involves certain models of Porter-Cable hammer drills and Black & Decker Drill/Drivers sold in Canada. The products are sold with a black side handle that attaches to the front of the drill.

The side handle supplied with the drill may slip when the drill is in use and lead to loss of control, posing a risk of injury.
