Reason
Insufficient weld was applied to a cross tube that is a support to the intermediate frame of the bed. This cross tube mainly provides strength and stability for the use of a foot side rail if applied. If a foot side rail is applied to bed a weld can fail if not welded correctly. When foot side rail is not applied to bed the chances for failure are reduced.
