Product description

This recall involves metal spider earrings with a red jewel body. The product has the brand name Seasons written on the package and is labelled for ages 8+.

Hazard identified

The spider legs on the recalled earrings contain excessive levels of lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.

Health Canada has not received any reports of illness or incidents related to the use of this product.

Approximately 4,920 units were sold at Value Village stores across Canada.
