Issue
The teethers and pacifier clips can break and release silicone and wooden beads, posing a choking hazard for babies and young children.
As of April 21, 2023, the company has received one report of a teether broke, causing the beads to come loose. No injuries have been reported.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and dispose of them.
