Product description
This recall involves a riding toy that is a red moulded plastic with black wheels and measures approximately 48 centimetres (19 inches) long, 28 centimetres (11 inches) wide and 34.3 centimetres (13.5 inches) tall. The riding toy's model number 711 can be found moulded on the underside of the toy.
Units with a yellow UPC sticker underneath the product with model #711B are not recalled.
Hazard identified
The riding toy can tip over allowing a child to fall forward while riding, posing a fall hazard to young children.
Radio Flyer has received ten reports of incidents with six injuries in the United States.
Neither Health Canada nor Radio Flyer has received any reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of the affected toys.

Approximately 177 of the affected toys were sold in Canada.

The affected toys were sold at Mastermind Toys from August 2010 to August 2011
