2 Customer complaints claiming the spreader bar disconnection from the scale bottom attachment. In none of those events was serious injury reported. An investigation has revealed that the scales for Maxi Sky 1000 and V10, manufactured in a period of time between 2016-June-17 and 2021-Feb-09 might exhibit the failure mode.
