Product description
This recall involves RH Wine Barrel Chandeliers manufactured between 2009 and 2018. The chandeliers were made with oak wine barrel staves and hoops, and either 5, 6, 8, or 12 arms for E12 candelabra light bulbs. The chandelier was also sold in a non-electrical Garden/Outdoor style with 6 arms for flameless votives.

Hazard identified
Certain hardware components used to hang the chandelier may break and cause the chandelier to fall from the ceiling, posing an injury hazard.
As of November 23, 2020, RH has received 2 reports of incidents with no reports of injuries in Canada. In the United States, RH has received 14 reports of incidents, including 11 reports that the chandelier fell. No injuries have been reported.
Number sold
Approximately 526 units of the affected products were sold in Canada, and approximately 7,069 units were sold in the United States.
Time period sold
The affected products were sold at RH Galleries and online at rh.com between April 2009 and July 2018, and at RH Outlets between October 2009 and March 2020.

What you should do
