Product description

This recall involves Ottawa Senators onesies with metal snaps. The onesies are red in colour with the Ottawa Senators logo on the front and Canadian Tire logo on the right sleeve.

Hazard identified

The metal snaps on the recalled Ottawa Senators onesies may detach resulting in a choking hazard to young children.

As of May 29, 2018, the company has received one report of metal snaps detaching in Canada, and no reports of injuries.

Number sold

Approximately 5,100 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.

Time period sold

The recalled onesies were sold from October 2017 to November 2017.

Place of origin

Manufactured in China.

Consumers should immediately stop using the affected onesie and contact Reward Connections Inc. for product return and disposal.
