Product description
This recall involves several gun care products sold under the brand name "Remington". The recalled products were sold in green pressurized aerosol containers with either green, black or yellow lids. Only products with the product name and the word "Remington" printed inside a yellow rectangle on the label are included in this recall.

Hazard identified
Health Canada's auditing process has revealed that the recalled products do not have the mandatory labelling as required under Canadian law.
The product lacks the symbol and warnings required for pressurized and flammable products. This lack of labelling information, including appropriate warnings, may lead to serious injuries.
Health Canada has not received any reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of these products.

Approximately 5,988 units of the recalled products were sold at retail stores in Quebec.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold from February 2009 to July 2009.

What you should do
