Hazard identified
The snaps on the clothing involved in this recall may detach from the garment exposing a sharp pointy edge that can cause cuts or lacerations.
As of July 31, 2017, Health Canada has received an incident report with respect to one of these garments. No injuries were reported.
Number sold
Approximately 1540 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled units were sold between December 2016 and July 2017.

What you should do
Consumers should immediately discontinue use of the affected nursing tops and return them to any Thyme Maternity store in Canada.
Consumers may obtain further information by contacting Thyme Maternity at 1-855-908-4963, from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday or by email.
Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
